New character lvl matching previous character'slvl

Ok, so basically, its like this.

You start out with 4 members, then, along the way, 3 become ill and must leave the party. They are at level 7. However, depending on how much you battle, they can be at a higher or a lower level. Now then, the remaining character finds another character who can help. But I need that character to be the same level as my prevous character's level, i.e., it the remaining character is level X, I want the new character to also be level X.

1. Create a variable called CharName_Level.
2. During the event that removes the character from your party, set the CharName_Level equal to their level
3. When the new character joins, set their level equal to CharName_Level
