If you want to firewood in front of the house just put it on a higher layer e.g Put grass on layer 1, House on layer two and firewood on layer 3 it simple.
For the door event it's a bit more complicated and I caan't check if what I'm saying is right yet so don't get hopes up ok. Create an event where you want the bottom of the to be and then go to the left hand side middle where you should see a white box, double click on that and chose a picture of a door, whatever one you want. Ok once that's done go to the big white box that takes up most of the box and double click on the top line, Now you should see another box with a heap of buttons in it and 3 pages, Find one with set move route on it and click on that in there you will find a drop down menu on the left with a white box underneath and next to them you will see a lot more but with Move up and stuff like that on it. Click on the drop down menu and choose "This event" instead of player, then go to to all the buttons and click on the one with "Direction Fix" on, when you click you should notice that it pops up in the left window don't worry about that it's supose to happen, Next click on "Turn Right" and then "wait" when you click on that another box will pop up, change the number to 5 then push ok. It is very important that you do this otherwise you won't see the door animation. Ok by now it should sorta look like this: @direction Fix: On @turn Right @wait: 5 Frames
The symbol at the side might be different i can't remember, anyway you wont it too look like this: @direction Fix: On @turn Right @wait: 5 Frames @turn Left @wait: 5 Frames @turn Up @wait: 5 Frames @direction Fix: Off once it's looking like that click ok, and Now your animation is done and you will be back to the original meny where you should see what you just done under that double click on the spare line and the second menu should apear again.
this time click on "wait for moves completion" then repeat the above proccess so your in the second menu again.
This time click on transfer player which should be on top of the second page another menu should pop where you can choose a location i'm going to leave you to figure out how to do this because i'm to lazy to explain it.
When you'r done In the first menu down near the bottom you should see a few option boxes with: Action Button = Keep it on this one if you want to have to push a button to open the door Player touch = Walk into the door to open it Event touch = don't worry about the rest.
and that's it.
